1945-1951

Foy, a veteran of the stage and screen, was offered a one-picture deal at Columbia in the mid-1940's. He returned to the unit to star in two more comedies in the early 1950's.
Unfortunately, his films are not currently available for reapprasial.

FOY MEETS GIRL (10/5/50) D: Richard Quine. Jean Willes, Iris Adrian, Dick Wessel. Foy rents his apartment to a pretty young woman and her wrestler husband.

WEDDING YELLS (2/8/51) D: Jules White. Lyn Thomas, Dorothy Ford, Emil Sitka, Peter Thompson, Stanley Blystone. Foys boss has him stand in for a client as a bridegroom by proxy. TRIVIA: The original working title was PROXY HONEYMOON.
